Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Non-Voice, your role involves providing support and resolving technical issues via email and other electronic communications. You are expected to build credibility and trust with customers by empathizing with their problems, understanding their needs proactively, and applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions tailored to individual customer needs. Additionally, you will leverage your experience to provide feedback to the team on improving client services and drive customer communication during critical events. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support and resolve technical issues via email and electronic communications - Build credibility and trust with customers by empathizing with their problems - Proactively understand customer needs and respond promptly to resolve issues - Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions - Provide feedback to the team on improving client services - Drive customer communication during critical events Qualifications Required: - Obligation to deliver exceptional customer service - Receive emails and chats to gather and verify required information - Demonstrate empathy, patience, and enthusiasm to be a self-starter - Provide information to clients and place appropriate notes in the system - Ensure policies and procedures are followed - Maintain thorough knowledge of systems and processes - Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Attend team meetings and additional training sessions as scheduled - Above-average verbal and written communication skills - Ability to listen attentively and tailor responses to meet clients" needs - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks accurately - Ability to operate a personal computer and adhere to organizational policies - High school diploma or equivalent required - Minimum six months of customer service experience or equivalent - Experience in the gaming/tech support industry is a plus Please note that to speak with the employer or apply for this position, you can contact HR Rilson Dsouza at +91 8147091046.,
