Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Airoli. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries via phone to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer support, providing information about products and services, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. The role requires excellent phone etiquette, efficient problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
