As a Customer Service Voice Process representative in the Inbound Voice Process focusing on US Healthcare, you will be expected to deliver exceptional service while utilizing your excellent communication skills. It is essential to note that individuals with Graduate or HSC qualifications are preferred for this role, while those with Technical or Hotel Management Degrees are not eligible. Having prior experience in a BPO setting is advantageous, especially if you possess all the required documentation. The salary offered for both Graduate Freshers and experienced individuals is 3LPA, with a slightly higher rate of 3.3LPA for the Airoli location. The inhand salary for all employees, including freshers and experienced professionals, is 21k. This position requires working predominantly night shifts with the possibility of a night shift allowance ranging from 0 to 3,000 PM. Employees can expect any two days off during the week, but please note that full-time students are not eligible for this role. Additionally, arrangements for night home drop service are provided. It is important to highlight that self-traveling and traveling out of the designated boundary are not permitted. A boundary list is attached for your reference, specifically for the Airoli location. Candidates will need to pass the Svar Score, which includes an aptitude test and a voice & accent test, with a minimum score of 50+ before proceeding to the Operations round. The interview process will be conducted face to face with interview timings scheduled from 3pm to 4:30pm at the Airoli location. When attending the interview, please ensure you have the following documents: Double Vaccinated Certificate, Original Aadhar card & Pan card, Updated Resume in both hard copy and soft copy formats, and a QR code for scanning and updating details at the Mindspace entry gate (specific to Airoli).
