Process :- Customer Service –LIC Process Location:Airoli,Navi Mumbai Shift Timing: Day Rotational Shift Week Offs: Rotational Experience Required: Freshers Qualification: Graduation is Mandatory Languages Required: General (Hindi and/or English) Plus any one of the following: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer queries related to LIC policies and services. Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a professional manner. Maintain customer interaction records and ensure service standards are met. Communicate clearly and empathetically in both general and regional languages. Eligibility Criteria: Graduation is mandatory (in any stream). Excellent verbal communication skills. Fluency in general Hindi/English and at least one regional language as specified. Willingness to work in a rotational day shift and rotational week offs. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
