Job Description

Candidates having Customer role with inclination to make extra efforts in upsell of other products in Fashion & Corporate giftings

Job Responsibilities:-

1) Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person (Prenium client twice in a month)
2) Coordinating with customers for Sales enquiries coming from Website/ Social Media Platforms/ Whatsapp etc
3) Upselling other products while guiding the orders Customer inquired / placing orders/ verifying the orders placed/ or support in completing the purchase
2) Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services
3) Prepare basic sales reports and documentation
4) Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
