Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
Stay updated on product features, specifications, and updates.
Communication:
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to provide information and resolve issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records.
Document common issues and resolutions for future reference.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service role.
