Job Title: Customer Service Executive – International BPO (Multiple Domains)

Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: BPO / Customer Service
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Shifts: Rotational (Any 9 hours within the time slots below):

  • US Shift: 05:30 PM – 10:30 AM, any 9 hours working.
  • UK Shift: 11:30 AM – 03:00 AM, any 9 hours working.
  • Australia Shift: 03:00 PM – 03:00 AM, any 9 hours working.

Salary: Upto ₹35,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role:

We are currently hiring Customer Service Executives for a reputed International BPO client, supporting global customers across key domains such as Telecom, Finance, Airline, and E-commerce. The role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, possess strong communication skills, and are looking for long-term career opportunities in a global work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound interactions with international customers via voice, chat, or email, based on process requirements
  • Address customer queries, service requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Deliver accurate information, ensure customer satisfaction, and adhere to quality standards
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to resolve complex issues
  • Meet performance targets such as resolution time, call quality, and customer satisfaction scores

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer proficiency with good typing speed
  • Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts as per business needs
  • Qualification: HSC / Undergraduate / Graduate
  • Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior BPO/customer service experience
