We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals* to join our International Voice Process team. You will be the first point of contact for US-based customers, helping resolve their queries related to Healthcare services over voice calls.
Handle inbound calls related to healthcare queries
Provide accurate information and support with empathy Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Education: HSC Pass or Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO (Voice Process)
Excellent spoken English communication skills
Willingness to work night shifts
