Salary: 15,000 to 40,000 + Incentives, depending on the experience and last drawn.

About the Job:

We are hiring for a Customer Service Executive role in an International BPO based in Mumbai. This role involves speaking to international customers and helping them with their queries related to telecom, finance, travel, e-commerce, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle calls, chats, or emails from international customers
• Help customers with queries, issues, or complaints
• Provide accurate information and solutions
• Follow company processes and maintain quality standards

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written English
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Willing to work in night and rotational shifts
• Qualification: HSC / Undergraduate / Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Shift Timings (Any 9 hours):

• US Shift: 5:30 PM – 10:30 AM
• UK Shift: 11:30 AM – 3:00 AM
• Australia Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
