Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Customer Service Executive to handle client interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth service experience for Used Commercial Vehicle (UCV) finance customers. The role involves managing inbound/outbound calls, assisting with loan-related services, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries related to UCV finance.

Provide information on loan products, repayment schedules, and account status.

Resolve complaints and service requests within defined TAT.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for issue resolution.

Guide customers through documentation, payment processes, and loan closures.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Collect customer feedback to identify process improvement areas.
