Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team at TATA CAPITAL LIMITED, responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to senior management.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience in motor finance or UCV finance is an added advantage.
