Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team at TATA CAPITAL LIMITED, responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service through various channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Identify and escalate potential issues to senior management.
Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
