Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Asansol. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing product and service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer support operations, resolving issues promptly, maintaining records of customer interactions, and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed. The role requires effective communication and a proactive approach to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills
Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Experience in Two Wheeler Loan Finance for minimum 1 year.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team and handle customer interactions efficiently
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
