Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent in Marketing is preferred Experience: 6-11 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or brand management. Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrixed environment. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
