1.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans that align with business goals. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned products. 2. Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and stakeholders. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics. 3.Market Research & Analysis: Gather insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use data to inform decision-making and refine marketing strategies. 4.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies and provide tools for effective execution. Partner with medical and regulatory teams to ensure marketing materials meet compliance standards. Engage with external agencies and vendors for creative and promotional material development. 5.Brand Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, market share, and ROI. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management 6.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Stay updated on changes in pharmaceutical marketing regulations. 7. Budget Management: Plan and manage the budget for marketing initiatives. Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources while achieving brand objectives. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent in Marketing is preferred Experience: 6-11 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or brand management. Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrixed environment. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Key Competencies: Strategic thinking. Attention to detail. Creativity and innovation.
