This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of services, and addressing client needs to foster long-term partnerships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. •Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues promptly, providing appropriate solutions to ensure client satisfaction. •Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns. •Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client activities, sales, and revenue to management. •Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. •Proven experience in client servicing or customer-facing roles. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. •Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
