We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service/Support team. As a fresher, you will be trained to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats from customers.
Understand customer queries and provide timely and accurate responses.
Resolve basic issues or escalate complex concerns to the relevant team.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and protocols.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, etc.
Good communication skills in English and/or regional language.
Basic computer knowledge and typing ability.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving approach.
Ability to work in shifts (if required).
