Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
  • Develop strong Service user and patient relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored package.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing service users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall Service user satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using spreadsheet and software.
  • This role also require hiring care takers, maintaining compliance and also business development activity by going out in the field.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in a similar role (customer service or health care background preferred but other candidates who have passion for this industry with similar skillsets are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills with convincing power; presentable appearance required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; flexible approach essential.
