Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Kasaragod. The Customer Service Executive will manage incoming customer queries and complaints, ensure prompt and effective solutions, and aim to provide an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include handling customer support processes through various channels, maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently, and assisting in the development of customer service strategies to enhance overall service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to engage and communicate effectively with customers
• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and resolution processes
• Experience or understanding of Customer Satisfaction and strategies to improve it
• Knowledge of Customer Service Management with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to service improvement initiatives
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
• Educational background in business administration, communication, or a related field is preferred
