Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills to engage and communicate effectively with customers Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and resolution processes Experience or understanding of Customer Satisfaction and strategies to improve it Knowledge of Customer Service Management with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to service improvement initiatives Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus Educational background in business administration, communication, or a related field is preferred
