This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Customer Service Representative at Maisha Lifestyle. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle all Customer Queries on email, Instagram, Whatsapp and Calls.
Should be able to independently draft messages and take initiative in solving customer queries about products, shipping or payment.
