Customer Service Executive:
· Manage incoming calls from Clients ensuring service is delivered within the required time frames.
· Build professional rapport with internal and external customers by demonstrating active listening skills to ensure mutual understanding of customer's concerns/comments
· Maintain compliance and data entry to agreed department conventions and compliance standards
· Identifying opportunities for process and service improvements and making recommendations
· Demonstrate positive ‘Customer First’ behaviours to ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times
· Proactively identify potential issues with clients and related consultants
