· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving financial needs. Address their concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients and assist them with account opening, KYC compliance, and other necessary documentation.
· Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and documentation for clients.
· Identify opportunities to introduce additional investment products and services offered by Investment or Securities to clients, maximizing potential revenue and enhancing customer engagement.
· Collaborate with internal departments, such as research, compliance, and operations, to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve client-related issues effectively
