Job Summary:
The Photocopier Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing photocopier and multifunction printer (MFP) machines. The role ensures that all machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime, providing reliable technical support and preventive maintenance to customers or internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure new photocopier and multifunction printer (MFP) machines.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in photocopiers.
Replace faulty components such as drums, fusers, toners, and rollers.
Calibrate machines for quality output and color accuracy.
Maintain accurate service and maintenance logs.
Respond to service calls promptly and ensure timely issue resolution.
Provide training or operational guidance to end users when required.
Coordinate with the parts department for ordering and replacement of consumables and spare parts.
Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication and technical expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in photocopier or printer servicing (preferred).
Strong knowledge of photocopier hardware, firmware, and networking basics.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid two-wheeler license (for field service engineers).

Preferred Experience:

Hands-on experience with brands such as Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Toshiba, or HP.
Knowledge of network printing and scanner setup in Windows environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
