Customer Service Executive – Travel Process (Odigeo)

About the Role:

Odigeo Travel Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to travel bookings, changes, and cancellations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Accurately update customer details and booking information in the system.
Provide effective solutions within the defined timelines.
Work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates:
Minimum 6 months of experience in the travel industry.
Undergraduates:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Typing speed as per requirement.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Note:
GDS knowledge is
NOT
required.

Salary & Benefits:

CTC:
Up to ₹38,000 per month.
Transport facility available.
5 days working with rotational week-offs.
