Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' concerns, and offering solutions.
  
• Work on international voice process projects such as Australian, UK, US processes (blended & non-blended).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken) for effective interaction with customers.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts if required.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  

Salary -

U1 Exp - (0 -11 months ) 3.10 lpa / 20 k in hand after training 22 k after training including pli

U1 Exp - (12-23 months ) 4.20 lpa / 27 k in hand after training 31 k after training including pli

U2 EXP (24 MONTHS ) 4.75 / 31500 K in hand after training 35 k after training including pli
