Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for a Customer Service Executive. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing service-related issues. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer queries via calls or emails, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and assisting in the resolution of problems to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in customer service practices, including communication and problem resolution
• Knowledge or experience in customer service management is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
• Prior experience in the healthcare or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
