Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The role involves managing customer queries through LimeChat and email, handling inbound calls, and converting inbound leads into sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Respond promptly to customer queries via LimeChat and email

Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers

Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution

Convert inbound queries into successful sales

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience


Requirements:


Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Previous experience in customer support or inbound sales preferred

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Tech-savvy and comfortable using chat/email tools

Experience Required 2-3 yrs
