Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Candidates will be required to make outbound calls & handle inbound calls.

  • Regular communication with the client, to provide updates on the progress.

  • Resolve customer queries/make adjustment with payments

  • Update account status records

  • Take actions to encourage timely debt payments

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience as a customer service representative in Debt Settlement or Debt Collection Process

  • Familiarity with laws related to FDCPA

  • Must have experience of MS Office and database

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

  • Skilled in negotiation
