Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.

Job
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Knowledge of business loans and financial services is an advantage.
Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
Experience working with TATA CAPITAL LIMITED or similar companies is preferred.
