Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collections Specialist, located in Dadri. The Debt Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting on delinquent accounts to maximize recovery. Daily tasks include contacting customers to negotiate payment plans, assessing customers' ability to pay, maintaining accurate records of all collection efforts, and ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. The role also involves handling customer inquiries related to outstanding debts and providing high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in collections, debt recovery, or a related field
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage high volumes of outbound and inbound calls
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of legal and regulatory guidelines relevant to debt collection
• Proficiency with collections software and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
