Role: Customer Service Executive

Educational Qualification: Any Bachelors

Location:

Employment Tenure: Contract for 1 year after that based on experience

Shift: Night

Benefit: Cab facility is available

Customer Service Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US-based customers (insurance companies, patients, helpdesk, etc.)
Engage in effective and professional communication to promotes services or gather information
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets
Handle objections and escalations as per process
Collaborate with quality analysts and team leads to improve call performance
Adhere to US compliance standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
US Voice Process
(Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)
Strong verbal English communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM and call centre tools (preferred)
Willingness to work night shifts from office
Understanding of US customer behaviour and culture (preferred)
Goal-oriented, self-motivated attitude
