Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues related to air exports.
  • Process export shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations) and external stakeholders (customs brokers, carriers) for smooth execution of exports.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipment status updates.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of air export procedures, customs regulations, and international trade laws.
  • 2-5 years of experience in air freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
