5. Handling queries from international customers on call, Email & Social Media.
6. Candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, specifically US timelines.
1. Candidate with experience of providing support to international customers on call or chat process will be preferred
2. Proven work experience of Customer interactions.
3. Hands on experience with MS Office and internet research
4. In-dept understanding of customer service practices
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
6. Teamwork and motivational skills\Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a fast- paced environment and meet deadlines.
7. Good follow up skills
