Customer Service-CETP Plant

Designation: Customer Service Executive

Department: Operations – CETP
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct monthly verification of CETP chambers to ensure functionality and compliance.

· Perform machine inventory verification based on the approved booking capacity.

· Maintain and update the Daily Operations Report for both CETP and WTP plants.

· Prepare and update daily reports for IPDS projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Collect and document technical specifications of equipment and machinery prior to raising Purchase Orders.

· Coordinate with functional heads for various project-related activities and follow-ups.

· Prepare regular reports and MIS (Management Information System) for management review.

· Ensure document control and record keeping of all chamber-related data and technical records.

· Closely monitor member unit machine movement for tracking and control purposes.

· Maintain data records of member units, including operational and technical information.

· Address and highlight issues raised by CETP members and follow up for resolution.

· Regular coordination with CETP members to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.

· Liaise with vendors to collect technical specifications and obtain quotations for required equipment.

· Attend various meetings at corporate office, CETP, and with park members and ensure completion of follow-up actions.

· Coordinate with the VP – Technical on various technical and operational issues and complete assigned tasks promptly.

· Communicate with technical consultants regarding design drawings, specifications, and other technical matters.

Skills & Competencies Required:

· Strong technical understanding of plant operations and machinery

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Proficient in documentation, report generation, and MIS

· Ability to handle stakeholder interactions (internal and external)

· Knowledge of CETP/WTP functioning will be an added advantage

Qualifications & Experience:

· Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical preferred)

· 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in utility, environment, or industrial services sector
