Customer Service Associate

Role Overview: - Greet customers and VIP Guests with correct salutation at each touch point. - Provide service on seat, suggestive & up selling. - Handle cash efficiently at POS without any variance in sales. - Handle customer queries and ensure customer delight by providing the best service. - Have good knowledge of movie synopsis and genre. - Take effective orders and ensure customer satisfaction. - Independently handle box office and concessions. - Manage cash from box and candy area. - Operate the software system VISTA effectively to generate revenue. - Maintain the highest level of integrity towards the organization and patrons. - Handle queries regarding film content, rating, and show times. - Responsible for the maintenance of machines at the box office and concessions. - Maintain statutory forms and formats for revenue collection in respective areas. - Follow correct cash handling procedures and revenue collection policies. Qualification Required: - Comfortable working in all shifts (morning & evening). - Job Types: Full-time, Fresher.
