Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company based in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving targets in a competitive market. With over 2 years of experience in a product-based company, you will utilize your skills to identify new sales opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. Your ability to effectively communicate the value of our products and close deals will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and effective management of the sales pipeline. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients. - Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product presentations, both in-person and virtually, to prospective clients and customers. - Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing deals and increasing revenue. - Negotiation & Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle, including handling objections, negotiating terms, and securing deals. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Required: - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a product-based company. - Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Sales Techniques: Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. - Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. In this full-time position with standing working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, you will be working 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday.
