Job Description

As a Customer Associate at Firstsource Solutions Limited, your role involves responding to customer queries, providing resolutions, support, and assistance related to various products and services through voice, email, web chat, or backend documentation responses. Your primary goal is to deliver excellent customer service and make it easy and desirable for customers to do business. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries promptly and provide resolutions, support, and assistance - Stay updated on key process-related updates, SLAs, and individual performance to contribute to team performance - Attend all team briefings, meetings, and coaching sessions on time - Seek guidance from team leaders or management and escalate genuine needs when necessary - Maintain regular and reliable performance, adhere to the company code of conduct and HR policies - Handle inbound or outbound calls, chats, emails, or data from customers - Connect with customers, understand their issues, and provide suitable resolutions - Demonstrate a can-do attitude, open to feedback, and work collaboratively with team members - Update information accurately into the client systems and provide constructive feedback for system enhancement - Work towards set targets, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks professionally - Implement coaching aspects discussed for self and career development Qualifications Required: - Graduate (Fresher/ Experienced) - Basic knowledge of using MS Office applications - Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts - Effective communication skills, both oral and written - Flexibility to meet business requirements and fluctuating workload - Organizational skills to prioritize and schedule work assignments - Hardworking and smart working attitude with openness to feedback - Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 90% accuracy If you are looking for a full-time position in Mumbai with a stipend ranging from 17k to 25k for a Voice and Email Chat role, and if you meet the essential skills and qualification requirements mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Firstsource Solutions Limited.
