We Are Hiring – Customer Service Executive For US Based E-Commerce (Blended Process: Voice & Chat)

Process: E-commerce US – Blended (Voice + Chat)

About the Role:

Join our team as a Customer Service Executive for E-Commerce US-based Blended Process (Voice & Chat). You’ll interact with customers via calls and chat, resolving their queries while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and chat support for E-Commerce US customers.
• Assist with orders, returns, refunds, product information, and account-related queries.
• Deliver accurate, empathetic, and professional service.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in line with process guidelines.
• Achieve defined performance metrics such as CSAT, resolution time, and quality compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: HSC / Graduate.
• 06–24 months of Customer Service experience (BPO or Non-BPO) is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Comfortable working in US Night Shifts (Rotational Shifts & Offs).
• Ability to handle both Voice and Chat interactions effectively.
