Customer Service

As a Customer Service Associate at Accenture in Noida, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing the best resolutions. Your role will involve closing faults and complaints within SLA's and providing inbound/outbound calls, as well as e-mail and chat support to address customer issues. You will be a part of the Service Desk team, offering 1st level customer service support and acting as a Single Point of Contact ("SPOC") for both users and clients. We are looking for individuals who possess the ability to work effectively in a team, are adaptable and flexible, demonstrate agility in learning quickly, have strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, and excel in written and verbal communication. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, interacting with peers within Accenture, receiving moderate level instruction on daily tasks, and detailed instructions on new assignments. Your decisions will impact your work and potentially that of others. This role may require working in rotational shifts.
