Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative located in Mohali district. The Customer Sales Representative will handle daily customer interactions, provide sales support, assist with resolving customer inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. They will work closely with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to overall sales strategy. Responsibilities also include updating records, processing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, and managing customer relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Knowledge of the IT and digital marketing sectors is a plus
