Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team at Tata Capital Limited in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility
Perform customer retention activities under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.
Identify potential business opportunities with customers.
Collect and validate customer documents according to organizational norms.
Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process.
Fulfill the sanction ratio requirement.
Meet customer needs and cross-sell multiple products with the help of the Supervisor/Manager.
Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them, ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.

Job
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of financial services and banking operations.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
