Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Customer Sales Executive in the Insurance Cross-Sell team, located in Patna. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in life/general insurance sales and possess a passion for driving sales and building strong customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibility

Drive insurance sales by interacting with insurance partners and prospective customers to meet individual sales targets.

Work towards meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively pitch and close insurance sales.

Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI/IRDAI regulations and maintain accurate records of sales performance.

Provide regular updates to management on progress, potential risks, and areas for improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both insurance partners and prospective customers.

Job

Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Good verbal and written communication skills, focusing on achieving sales targets and driving personal performance.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain customer relationships.

Under-Graduate or Graduate in any discipline with basic knowledge of MS Office.

Knowledge of life and general insurance products is an added advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
