Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and management for smooth operations. Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales inquiries and customer support. Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up with customers for orders and payments. Maintain customer databases, sales records, and daily reports. Assist sales executives in scheduling meetings, demos, and client follow-ups. Coordinate with dispatch/operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Provide after-sales support and resolve basic customer queries. Track sales targets, pending orders, and payment status. Prepare MIS reports, Excel sheets, and update CRM/software as required. Support marketing activities like promotions, email campaigns, lead tracking, etc.
