Job Description

As a Customer Onboarding and Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Handling Customer Onboarding and Retention calls efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. - Assisting in resolving customer issues and providing effective solutions for customer retention. - Managing communication related to Customer Onboarding with internal and external partners. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate necessary systems and processes for smooth onboarding. - Tracking and maintaining Customer Onboarding progress through trackers and dashboards. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post Graduation from any college. - Minimum 1+ years of experience in Operations support or Retention roles. - Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Kannada and English is mandatory. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools, including Excel and PowerPoints. Please note that this is a full-time role with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location for this position is in person.,
