We’re now looking for a Customer Representative (Marathi) to support interactions with insurance partners, ensuring smooth communication across touchpoints.

Your Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle inbound & outbound coordination with insurance teams

✅ Clearly explain repair processes, timelines and service requirements

✅ Assist in scheduling inspections, pick-ups and service appointments

✅ Provide proactive updates to insurers to ensure clarity throughout the claim cycle

✅ Represent rego’s commitment to efficiency, transparency and partner-first service
