Position: Full-time

Pay Rate / Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Day Shift)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. In this role, you will be the key link between the company and our clients—ensuring their satisfaction, building loyalty, and driving long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions.
• Monitor client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups on open issues.
• Generate and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, or Client Servicing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in teams while managing multiple client accounts.
