Job Title: Assembly Line Worker – Two-Wheeler EV Department: Production Location: Kaviraj campus, Vesu canal Rd, Punagam, Valthan, Surat, Gujarat - 395006 Reporting To: Line Supervisor Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0 to 2 years Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or ITI (preferred) Job Role Summary: The Assembly Line Worker is responsible for assembling various components of electric two-wheelers on the production line. The role involves using hand tools and following standard processes to ensure quality and speed of production. Key Responsibilities: Assemble components like chassis, wheels, brakes, handlebar, wiring, and battery pack as per instructions. Use hand tools and follow standard torque settings during assembly. Check fitment and finish of each part to ensure quality. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation. Report any issues in parts, tools, or instructions to the supervisor. Requirements: Basic understanding of tools and mechanical assembly. Physically fit to work standing for long hours.
