The CW Suite of Applications includes integrated solutions for Sales, CRM, eCommerce, Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Advanced Analytics. Our goal is to streamline and automate various business processes for increased efficiency and productivity. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Agent located in Hyderabad. The Customer Success Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting clients with using CW Suite applications effectively. Daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, onboarding new clients, and working closely with other teams to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Customer support and client-facing communication skills Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Ability to train and onboard new clients Proficiency in using CRM and customer success tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams Experience in the retail, F&B, or distribution industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field We have positions open in Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore.
