Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience. Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to understand customer needs. Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data and create customer-focused strategies.
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
