We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer loyalty through effective communication and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on product offerings and benefits to clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and to identify upselling opportunities.
• Implement customer relationship management (CRM) tools and strategies to optimize client interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-8 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve customer experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
