Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others while achieving personal growth in a supportive, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: · Client Issue Resolution: Handle complaints from existing or prospective clients regarding service quality, delays, or misunderstandings during the immigration process. Handling inbound and outbound calls. · Coordination: Work closely with sales, documentation, and legal teams to investigate and resolve grievances efficiently. · Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of all complaints, resolutions, and follow-ups to ensure transparency and compliance. · Client Communication: Professionally communicate with dissatisfied clients via phone, email, or in person to provide solutions and rebuild trust. · Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all responses and resolutions align with company policy, immigration laws, and ethical standards. · Feedback Loop: Analyze common complaint trends and provide feedback to management to improve processes and customer experience. · Reporting: Prepare regular reports on grievances handled, resolution turnaround time, and customer satisfaction post-resolution. Requirements: · Communication Skills: Good Communication skills · Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required. · Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn. · Customer Focus: Ability to empathize with clients and provide solutions tailored to their needs. · Proactive Approach: Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
